Pet of the Week
Floyd County Humane Society is hosting a Rabies Clinic (free to Floyd County residents) in the parking lot of Citizens Telephone Cooperative from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25.

Meet Floyd County Humane Society foster cat Azrael, who gets into all sorts of smurfy shenanigans.
He was brought into our local veterinary hospital by a Good Samaritan with some pretty serious wounds. Our vet suspected he had been hit by a car and needed some major and ongoing treatment for his leg injury.

Azrael tested positive for FIV, but he is now neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. He is a sweet boy and despite these obstacles to overcome, FCHS volunteers believe he deserves a chance at finding his forever people.
Call (540) 745-7207 to find out more about Azrael or any of FCHS' cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies, and visit www.floydhumanesociety.org to complete an Adoption Application for any of the animals at FCHS.
