The Celebration lets people who like sewing, quilting, and other fabric crafts see what others are doing and exchange ideas with them.
Local shops — Fork Mountain Quilting, Design House Fabrics, and Lodie's Thimble — will be selling fabric, tools, and patterns.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Harvest Ministries, 909 Blue Ridge Boulevard (just off Rt. 460 east of Roanoke). Admission is $15 ($10 for ages 16 and under). People interested in quilts, from experienced to not-yet-quilting, are welcome.
