I Didn’t do it, and don’t own up to it. As we walk through our lives, sometimes we’ll have to take accountability in some way for our own actions, whether they’re good or bad.

Hopefully you’ve made the best decisions, and even if not, you’ve learned from it and have found your place again.

I Didn't

I didn’t wish for,
Lord knows I didn’t pray for.
When my head hit the floor,
I prayed they’d see,
we’re not colors, it’s something more.
We all leak red,
we all have tears that pour.
It’s like math to some,
but it’s counting to four.
It’s like something we haven’t seen before.
Each day we crawled,
like we lost two legs in a rain pour,
then two more,
now we crawl on four.
We barely make it,
but we didn’t stop at war’s door.
I didn’t stop either,
because this life, has something far more.
