Animal shelter construction expected to begin in spring

The new facility will be able to house “multiple cats and up to 10+ dogs,” have isolation rooms, include a dog wash area, meet and greet areas, feeding preparation and storage rooms, as well as laundry rooms, outdoor kennels and a large, fenced-in free-run area.
