Town Council taps Thompson for interim vacancy
Thompson is the first female on town council since 2018, according to Town records provided by Clerk Lynn Gregory. The last female council member was Karen Bingham, who served an eight-year term. Prior to Bingham, Rebecca Harman served on council from 1990 to 1998.
